How to Air Squat:
- Stand with feet shoulder width apart;
- Feet slightly angled out;
- Keep chest high, shoulders back and push hips back and down;
- Keep natural arch in the lower back for the entire movement;
- Keep weight on heels;
- Force knees to keep in line with the toes;
- Aim to squat below parallel without losing form;
- return to start position, maintaining balance throughout.
