- Sit on a chair/sofa/bed;
- Begin with the hands next to the hips;
- Lift up onto the hands and push the hips forward off the chair;
- Bend the elbows to 90 degrees, lower the hips, keeping close to the chair;
- Keep the shoulders down during the whole movement, - don't shrug the shoulders;
- Push back up without locking the elbows and repeat.
