What are Calisthenics?
Calisthenics are a form of dynamic exercise performed without weights or minimal equipment using one's own bodyweight for resistance.
Example exercises include Push-Ups, Air Squats, Lunges, Bear Crawls and are a great method of improving strength, muscular endurance but also balance, coordination and agility.
