Warmup:
- Shadow Boxing
- Air Squat Practice
Workout: (combinations of) -->
- 2 x 60 metres Farmer's Walk carrying a breeze block (two arms)
- 3 x 5 Concrete block Deadlift, Squat Clean and Press
- Various tree Pull-Ups and Hangs.
- Rope Muscle Ups (as per below video)
- Balance walking on beams, single leg balancing and squats
- Bear crawls
- Crab walk
