How to do Knees-To-Elbows:
Description:
- Get into the dead hang position of a pull-up using an underhand grip.
- Perform a pull-up but stop, when the arm is at 90 degrees to the bar.
- Using the abs bring the knees slowly up to the elbows.
- Then lower the knees back to full hang.
- Avoid using momentum to begin with, then use momentum as you start to tire.
- Aim not to put feet on the ground until set has completed.
