How to do a Waiter's Walk:
Description:
pick up a Kettlebell, Dumbbells, rock or other heavy object and press it above the head with one hand.
Keep arm fully extended and walk for specified distance, keeping the torso straight and not overtly leaning to one side.
To make this a balanced exercise, work both arms equally.
Works:
Includes forearm and grip strength, shoulder stabilisation and significant core activation.
