Workout:

6 rounds below for time (complete all reps of one exercise before moving onto the next).

Aim for a time of under 10 minutes

Recommended Weight:

Men: 25kg (Sandbag), 15kg (Dumbell)

Women: 15kg (Sandbag), 8kg (Dumbell)
