Workout: Push The Car (No Gym Required)

Sometimes you rely on equipment you would find in a gym to perform your workout. At other times you have to improvise. A 60m dash with a car full of passengers is a good place to start and in many ways is more practical than pushing a bar off your chest with a bench press.
I estimate with passengers it is pushing almost 2 metric tons, it is tougher than it looks...
If you are in the gym, try The Driver for size it simulates the above exercise very well.

Workout: Shoulder Press 5 x 5

- 5 min moderate effort - Row, Run or Bike.
- 10 Jump Squats
- 10 Jump Pull-Ups
- 10 Double Unders
Workout:
Work up to as heavy as you can manage for 5 reps.
- 5 sets x 5 reps Shoulder (Military) Press (rest 2 minutes between sets)
Finisher:
Treadmill Drivers (5 x 10 second rounds)
