Some feedback from a recent workshop
Thanks for a great day. It was very inspiring and motivating and I learned a lot. And I'm plenty sore today!
The most valuable section of the workshop was being out in the park. The gym was a good intro and helped to be more precise in terms of technique, but the park was FUN and helped me really envisage how I can incorporate more PRIMALity into my life.
I appreciate a lot more what sprinting can do for me and stuff like climbing/balancing and the animal crawls really showed me FUN, which happens also to strengthen. For me, this is really important because I'm wanting to add a lot more fun to my life these days. The workshop is about living more naturally, primarily how to eat in a more traditional way and how to move more fully, using your whole body and all your capacities in practical and fun ways out in the real world. And it's really fun!
And -- I seriously want that t-shirt you were wearing. It was cool and spreads the message! I'd even be willing to pay for a one-off"
